How to disabled Internet Explorer on start up?

Whenever I turn my computer on, Internet Explorer automatically loads up and display on the screen.

I check the startup folder but there is nothing in there.



What is the problem and how can I make it stop popping up when turning my computer on?How to disabled Internet Explorer on start up?
To diable go in run from start menu and write msconfig in which startup option available in that uncheck INTERNET EXEPLORER and restart computer.
